Since 2012, at the beginning of March, an event cycle takes place in Kazimierz, addressed to women and created by women, representing creative women, their artistic passions, etc. Exhibitions, concerts, meetings, workshops and serious discussions all share the same motto: “Femininity, humour, good cuisine, and great fun”. One can view the exhibition entitled “Eight women on the eighth of March”, participate in workshops on decoupage, unusual jewellery making or artistic cookie decorating
It is located in a historical, 16th century granary and presents natural environment collections in the field of geology, paleontology, botany, and zoology, coming mainly from the territory of the Kazimierz Landscape Park. The Museum has three permanent exhibitions: “The secrets of the extinct world”, “In the middle of the Vistula valley”, and “In the land of ravines”.
