The Kazimierz Centre for Culture, Promotion and Tourism pays a special attention to building relationships with the local community, based on mutual trust and cooperation. We set out to create a common space, open to diversity, self-development, non-standard experience of culture, as well as to exploring and nurturing the local identity.
We aim to become a vibrant place with a homely atmosphere, implementing interesting cultural and educational projects, open for everyone, with our programmes finely attuned to the local needs and to the local community; to become a place where various ideas can find expression. We aspire to develop by using modern forms of communication and expression. We wish to implement interdisciplinary projects, combing the modern and the traditional. We see our role in building social capital by encouraging continuous development and an active participation in the cultural life.
We aim to become an institution bringing satisfaction and self-fulfillment to its employees, while at the same time remaining friendly and trust-worthy for our partners.
We do not intend to be hermetic and therefore we wish to reach out in our activities, to animate the urban space, and to cooperate with our surrounding neighbourhoods.
Our key values:
- team work and involvement
- sense of humour, fun, good spirit
