Attraction of Wąwolnica

There is a statue of Madonna with Baby Jesus, called Our Lady Kębelska from the village of Kęblo where the miraculous saving of the captives and of the goods stolen during the invasion of Tatars in 1278 had place. The figure is an example of the so called “beautiful Madonnas” and was most likely made in the first part of the 15th century.

There is a ski lift base in Rąblów with three downhill routes. The longest is 300 m long, with difference in levels of 46 m, while the easiest is 160 m long with 31 meter difference in levels. The slope is artificially snowed, modified and illuminated.

In Stanisławka village, near Wąwolnica there is an off-road course for all-terrain cars, quads and motocross motorcycles. Various events are organised there, such as e.g. the Mud Party – sports crossing event for the whole family. With this race in mind, a special 60 m long and 8 m wide mud course has been prepared.
